- Drone coverage (max 3 drones)

- Control room setup at each venue
D. Deliverables
- Match-wise highlights
- Final event compilation
- Raw footage (SSD/Hard disk)

- Internet provided (Ethernet only)
- Vendor must arrange cables & accessories
✅ 6. Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4 years experience
- At least 15 sports events completed
- Experience in:
- 2 multi-sport events
- 1 university-level event
- Minimum turnover: ₹40 Lakhs (avg 3 years)
- Must have professional equipment & crew

💰 8. Financial Details
- EMD: ₹1,00,000
- Security Deposit: 5% of contract value
- Selection: L1 (Lowest bidder after technical qualification)
