5. Scope of Work
The scope includes execution of the following works as per HMWS&SB standard specifications:
- Excavation of trenches in all soil conditions
- Laying and jointing of DI pipelines (150mm, 250mm, 300mm)
- Construction of junctions and manholes
- Fixing of sluice valves and specials
- Road cutting and restoration with cement concrete
- Barricading and safety arrangements
- Carting away surplus excavated material
- Supply and filling of quarry dust
- Testing and commissioning of pipeline
All works shall be carried out as per departmental specifications and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

- Site shall be cleared after completion of work
- Payment shall be made based on measured quantities
- Work shall be executed under supervision of departmental engineers
9. Special Instructions
- Traffic management to be ensured during execution
- Proper curing and finishing for concrete works is mandatory
- Testing of pipelines shall be conducted before commissioning
